Access to the flat is via a small reception which communicates equally to the left with the lounge-dining area (principal exterior façade) and to the right with a corridor.

This passageway, throughout its length at almost at a right angle to the interior patio, leads directly to, alternatively and successively: on the right the first bathroom, immediately followed by the kitchen, with adjoining interior patio, and after turning right, leads to the right to the second bathroom (with a window to the interior patio) and to the left leads consecutively to the three bedrooms; at the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (also with a window to the interior patio).
